Friends of the Library

The Friends of the River Valley District Library is a non-profit group that is dedicated to helping the library make information and knowledge accessible to the communities it serves. The Friends purchase special library materials and equipment, as well as sponsor numerous programs throughout the year. Funds are generated by memberships, book sales, gifts, and grants.

The Friends of the River Valley District Library meet on the first Thursday of each month, with breakfast at 9:45am and the meeting beginning at 10am, at the library. Friends members are people like you who believe in and support public libraries. Would you like to join us?
